This page guards against the two patterns that get replies deleted and accounts banned: burst-posting in one subreddit, and a promo ratio that drifts. Log each reply you post and this page keeps the count for you: a cooldown of 1 reply per subreddit per day, 3 per week, a global cap of 3 replies a day, and a brand-mention lock whenever your trailing ratio slips past 1 promo in 10. It reads your log and stays off Reddit itself — it will tell you when you are over a line, and it cannot stop you crossing it.
