Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
This is the deal between you and Command Module when you subscribe to NamedFirst. We wrote it to be read. If a line here surprises you, write us before you sign up, and we’ll answer plainly.
THE SHORT VERSION
- NamedFirst is a monthly service: we measure what AI assistants say about your business, an AI writes your Google Business Profile fields and your review ask for you to paste, a short note every morning tells you the one task to do on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and where you stand on the other four, and we prove what changed.
- It costs $199 a month, billed through Stripe, month to month. Cancel any time from your billing page.
- The Full Baseline is separate: $149, once, delivered by email within two business days, and credited in full against your first month if you start the loop within 30 days of delivery.
- We do not promise placements, rankings, or results. Nobody honestly can. We promise the work and the proof.
- You post what we draft only if you agree with it. We never fake reviews, seed threads, or post as you.
- Everything we make for you is yours to keep. Everything you apply, and everything we apply on Done For You, lives inside your own accounts, so they stay when you stop.

The service
NamedFirst runs a loop each month, for one business, at one website:
- Baseline. We put the questions your buyers ask to the major AI assistants and keep the answers, dated, per platform, before anything changes.
- Fix. An AI writes what your Google Business Profile should say, the description, the categories and the services list, from your own website and your baseline, and marks anything it cannot know for you to confirm. You read it and you paste it; nothing goes live until you do. On Done For You we apply it ourselves, inside your own accounts, from the Manager and Editor invites you give us, and only after you approve it.
- Build. An AI writes the message you send customers asking for a Google review, ready to paste, and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning a short note tells you the one off-site task to do, step by step, with the links. You decide what goes out, and you send it. On Done For You we run the review asks and draft your replies in community threads; the posting stays yours, from your own account.
- Prove. We run the same questions again and report what moved, in which direction, and by how much.
The service is for one business under one name at one website. A second business or a second brand is a second subscription; write us and we’ll set it up.
What we don’t promise
AI answers are generated fresh every time, on platforms that change without notice. We do not promise that your business will appear in any answer, in any position, on any platform, or that any result will hold. Anyone who promises that is selling activity and calling it an outcome. What we promise is the work described above, done each month, and an honest report of what it changed. If a month’s report shows no movement, it says so, along with what we are changing next.
Your part
- You give us a true business name and a website you own or are authorized to change.
- You are the one who acts on the off-site work. You read what we draft, change what you want, and post it under your own name and your own accounts. Once you post it, it is your statement.
- You tell us if something we drafted is wrong about your business, so it never goes out.
- You keep your billing details current on your billing page.
- You do not ask us to do anything in section 04, and you do not use the service to mislead buyers about what your business is or does.
What we won’t do
- Write, buy, or arrange fake reviews, or ask for reviews in ways a platform forbids.
- Seed discussion threads, post under invented identities, or post as you.
- Publish one piece of content across hundreds of sites, or anything else that platforms treat as spam.
- Chase questions your business cannot realistically win, or invent a score to make the month look better.
If a request from you would need any of these, we decline it and say why. If you keep asking, we may end the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for.
Price and billing
NamedFirst costs $199 a month. You pay the first month at checkout and the same amount each month after, on the same day, by the card you gave Stripe. Stripe handles the charge and sends the receipt. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Done For You costs $2,500 to start, then $1,995 a month. It is set up with us directly: you write, a person writes back, and we start when you say so. The $2,500 covers the first month, which is about two and a half times the work of a normal month. After that, the rest of this section applies to it as written.
If a payment fails, you get an email with a link to update your card, and Stripe tries the charge again over the next few days. If the last try fails too, the plan ends and nothing more is charged. Your report and everything already live on your site stay yours, and a card that works starts the plan again from your account.
If the price changes, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before then and pay nothing new. A promotion code applies to the months it says and no others.
The Full Baseline costs $149, once. You pay at checkout and Stripe sends the receipt. We put your questions to the AI assistants three times over and email you the report within two business days. Start the monthly plan within 30 days of delivery and the $149 is credited in full against your first month, automatically when you start with the same email address. If you start with a different one, write us and we apply it by hand.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing page, or by emailing us. The service runs to the end of the period you have paid for and stops there. Everything we sent you by then stays yours, and so does every change you applied and every change we made for you on Done For You: they live inside your own accounts, and nothing we put on your site runs from our servers, so there is nothing to switch off or uninstall. When you leave Done For You, remove our Manager and Editor access from the same pages and the work keeps doing its job.
We can end the service too. We tell you 30 days ahead, the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing new is charged after that.
The $149 baseline is a one-time purchase of work with no subscription attached, so there is nothing to cancel. If it has not reached you within two business days, write us and we will tell you exactly where it stands. Once it is delivered, the report is yours to keep.
Who owns what
- Yours: your business, your website, your accounts, everything you tell us about them, and everything we write or make for you: the drafts, the pages, the fixes, the reports. Use them as you like, with or without us.
- Ours: the methods, the tools, the question sets, and the way we measure and report. You get the results; you don’t get a license to run the service for others.
- Public: the audit data is public information about businesses, and we may use it, without naming you, to understand how AI answers behave.
We may say you are a customer only if you agree in writing.
Limits on liability
The service is provided as it is described here. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, or any indirect loss that comes from using the service or from what an AI platform does or doesn’t say about you. If we are liable to you for anything arising from the service, the most we owe is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits what the law will not let us limit.
Disputes
Talk to us first; almost everything gets settled in an email. If it doesn’t, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any claim is brought in the state or federal courts in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect and update the date at the top. If you don’t agree with a change, cancel before it takes effect. Small wording fixes just get the new date.
